Blizzard has quickly posted their own Recap of the Deep Dive on Blizzard about the upcoming 10th Expansion for World of Warcraft – The War Within.
Instead of Battle for Azeroth, Dragonflight will be the new Starting Experience for New Players after exiting the Forbidden Reach. This will also cause Evokers to start on a lower level now, with no restrictions.
The Warband feature allows players to have account-wide progression. During the Deep Dive, Ion has revealed more information like Warbound Items.
During the Deep Dive on BlizzCon, Ion Hazzikostas announced that the PvP Track in the Great Vault is getting removed, allowing players to choose the PvP Gear they want instead of adding random value to it.
Blizzard has announced in an Q&A with WoW Wiki that Cross-Realm Guilds is a feature coming in The War Within. Also, unrestricted Cross-Realm Mythic Raid will also be enabled.

On the WoW: What’s Next Panel, one of the new systems announced for The War Within are Delves – New outdoor vaults filled with seasonal treasure, leading to a new Great Vault row for outdoor content!
The Preorders for The War Within are now available in the Battle Net Shop. The Epic Edition will offer access to the Beta and a three day Early-Access to the Expansion.
During the What’s Next Panel on BlizzCon, the Hero Talent System was previewed, showcasing new Sub-Specializations for each Class in The War Within.
The War Within will also feature 8 new Dungeons, which have been previewed during BlizzCon 2023 today. Four of them will be encountered during Leveling to 80, the other ones are designed for the Endgame.
