Class Tuning on Dragonflight Beta - Summary of All Class Changes

This Week, Blizzard has implemented many changes to Classes and Mythic+ to the Dragonflight Beta. While not all of these changes are yet reflected on the Live Servers, there has been many changes to a handful of classes on the Dragonflight Beta. We have summarized all these changes of the past few days for you.

  • Fracture  Rapidly slash your target for [(41.2%45.32% of Attack power)% + (82.4%90.64% of Attack power)%] Physical damage, and shatter 2 Lesser Soul Fragments from them.
    Generates 25 Fury.
  • Frailty  Enemies struck by Sigil of Flame are afflicted with Frailty for 5 sec.6 sec.
    You heal for 8% of all damage you deal to targets with Frailty.
  • Sigil of Flame  Place a Sigil of Flame at the target location that activates after 2 sec.
    Deals (14.7%16.17% of Attack power) Fire damage, and an additional (41.4%45.54% of Attack power) Fire damage over 6 sec, to all enemies affected by the sigil.
    Generates 30 Fury.
  • Soul Carver  Carve into the soul of your target, dealing [(150%165% of Attack power) + (150%165% of Attack power)] Fire damage and an additional (97.65%107.415% of Attack power) Fire damage over 3 sec. Immediately shatters 2 Lesser Soul Fragments from the target and 1 additional Lesser Soul Fragment every 1 sec.
  • Spirit Bomb  Consume up to 5 available Soul Fragments then explode, damaging nearby enemies for (30.9%32.445% of Attack power) Fire damage per fragment consumed, and afflicting them with Frailty for 56 sec, causing you to heal for 8% of damage you deal to them. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.
  • Void Reaver  Frailty now also reduces all damage you take from afflicted targets by 4%.
    Enemies struck by Soul Cleave are afflicted with Frailty for 5 sec.6 sec.
  • Vulnerability  Frailty now also increases all damage you deal to afflicted targets by 4%2%.
    Rank 1: Frailty now also increases all damage you deal to afflicted targets by 4%2%.

    You can move, parry, dodge, and use defensive abilities while channeling this ability.
  • Bonestorm  A whirl of bone and gore batters all nearby enemies, dealing (19.65%22.6% of Attack power) Shadow damage every 1 sec, and healing you for 3% of your maximum health every time it deals damage (up to 15%). Lasts 1 sec per 10 Runic Power spent. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.
  • Coagulopathy  Enemies affected by Blood Plague take 5% increased damage from you and Death Strike increases the damage of your Blood Plague by 25%30% for 8 sec, stacking up to 5 times.
  • Consumption  Strikes all enemies in front of you with a hungering attack that deals (65.52%78.624% of Attack power)% Physical damage and heals you for 150% of that damage. Deals reduced damage beyond 8 targets.
  • Heart Strike  Instantly strike the target and 1 other nearby enemy, causing (35.92%41.308% of Attack power) Physical damage, and reducing enemies’ movement speed by 20% for 8 sec
  • Marrowrend  Smash the target, dealing (53.295%63.954% of Attack power) Physical damage and generating 3 charges of Bone Shield.
  • Perseverance of the Ebon Blade  When Crimson Scourge is consumed, you gain 3%4% Versatility for 6 sec.
    Rank 1: When Crimson Scourge is consumed, you gain 3%4.0% Versatility for 6 sec.
    Rank 2: When Crimson Scourge is consumed, you gain 6%8% Versatility for 6 sec.
  • Rapid Decomposition  Your Blood Plague and Death and Decay deal damage 15% more often.18% more often.
    Additionally, your Blood Plague leeches 50% more Health.
  • Shattering Bone  When Bone Shield is consumed it shatters dealing (6%6.6% of Attack power) shadow damage to nearby enemies. This damage is tripled while you are within your Death and Decay.

  • Rage of the Sleeper  Unleashes the rage of Ursoc for 10 sec, preventing 25% of all damage you take, increasing your damage done by 15%, granting you 25% leech, and reflecting (47.25% of Attack power) Nature damage back at your attackers.
  • Tooth and Claw  Autoattacks have a 20% chance to empower your next Maul, stacking up to 2 times.
    Empowered Maul deals 40% increased damage, costs 100% less rage, and reduces the target’s damage to you by 15% for 6 sec.
  • After the Wildfire  Every 200 Rage you spend causes a burst of restorative energy, healing allies within 8 yds for (150%12 yds for (600% of Attack power).
  • Pulverize  A devastating blow that consumes 2 stacks of your Thrash on the target to deal (96.9306%135.702% of Attack power) Physical damage and reduce the damage they deal to you by 35% for 10 sec.
  • Reinforced Fur  Ironfur increases armor by an additional 4%8% and Barkskin reduces damage taken by an additional 5%.
  • Scintillating Moonlight  Moonfire reduces damage dealt to you by 1%.
    Rank 1: Moonfire reduces damage dealt to you by 2%5%.
    Rank 2: Moonfire reduces damage dealt to you by 4%10%.

  •  Enveloping Mist  Wraps the target in healing mists, healing for (275.4%261.63% of Spell power) over 6 sec, and increasing healing received from your other spells by 30%.
  •  Essence Font  Unleashes a rapid twirl of healing bolts at up to 6 allies within 30 yds, every 1.0 sec for 3 sec. Each bolt heals a target for (42.48%40.356% of Spell power), plus an additional (15.12% of Spell power) over 8 sec.
    Gust of Mists will heal affected targets twice. Castable while moving.
  •  Refreshing Jade Wind  Summon a whirling tornado around you, causing [(13.92%13.224% of Spell power) * 21] healing over 15 sec to up to 6 allies within 10 yards.
  •  Renewing Mist  Surrounds the target with healing mists, restoring (207%196.65% of Spell power) health over 20 sec.
    If Renewing Mist heals a target past maximum health, it will travel to another injured ally within 20 yds.
  •  Rising Mist  Rising Sun Kick heals all allies with your Renewing Mist, Enveloping Mist, or Essence Font for (25.2%23.94% of Spell power), and extends those effects by 4 sec, up to 100% of their original duration.
  •  Thunder Focus Tea  Receive a jolt of energy, empowering your next spell cast:
    Enveloping Mist: Immediately heals for (280%266% of Spell power).
    Renewing Mist: Duration increased by 10 sec.
    Vivify: No mana cost.
    Rising Sun Kick: Cooldown reduced by 9 sec.
    Essence Font: Channels 100% faster.
    Thunderous Focus Tea
    Crackling Jade Lightning: Knockback applied immediately.
    Essence Font: Movement speed increased by 70%

  •  Yu’lon’s Whisper  Activating Thunder Focus Tea causes you to exhale the breath of Yu’lon, healing up to 6 allies within 15 yards for [(45%42.75% of Spell power) * (3)] over 2 sec.
  • Restoral  Heals all party and raid members within 40 yards for (283%325.45% of Spell power) and clears them of all harmful Poison and Disease effects.
    Castable while stunned.
  • Revival  Heals all party and raid members within 40 yards for (283%325.45% of Spell power) and clears them of all harmful Magical, Poison, and Disease effects.
  • Uplifted Spirits  Vivify critical strikes and Rising Sun Kicks reduce the remaining cooldown on Restoral/Revival by 1.0 sec, and Restoral/Revival heals targets for 10.0% of 15.0% of Restoral’s
    Revival’s heal over 10 sec.

  • Kingsbane  Release a lethal poison from your weapons and inject it into your target, dealing (132%138.6% of Attack power) Nature damage instantly and an additional (154%161.7% of Attack power) Nature damage over 14 sec.
    Each time you apply a Lethal Poison to a target affected by Kingsbane, Kingsbane damage increases by 20%.

  • Shrouded Suffocation  Increases Garrote damage by 15%20%. Garrote generates 2 additional combo points when cast from Stealth.
  • Zoldyck Recipe  Your Poisons and Bleeds deal 10%15% increased damage to targets below 30%35% health.

  • Juggernaut  Execute increases Execute’s damage dealt by 3% for 12 sec, stacking up to 1215 times.
  • Martial Prowess  Overpower increases the damage of your next Mortal Strike or Cleave by 20%25%. Stacking up to 2 times.
  • Mortal Strike  A vicious strike that deals (169.3%177.7% of Attack power) Physical damage and reduces the effectiveness of healing on the target by 50% for 10 sec.
  • Overpower  Overpower the enemy, dealing (90% of Attack power) Physical damage. Cannot be blocked, dodged, or parried.
    Martial Prowess
    Increases the damage of your next Mortal Strike or Cleave by 20%25%. Stacking up to 1 times

  • Skullsplitter  Bash an enemy’s skull, dealing (120% of Attack power) Physical damage.
    Rain of Fire

  • Improved Execute  Execute no longer has a cooldown and if your foe survives, 20%10% of the Rage spent is refunded.
 
Talents
  •  Revenge  Swing in a wide arc, dealing (45%42.75% of Attack power) Physical damage to all enemies in front of you. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.
    Your successful dodges and parries have a chance to make your next Revenge cost no Rage.
  • Shield Charge Charge to an enemy with your shield, dealing (275% of Attack power) Physical damage to it and (110% of Attack power) Physical damage to all enemies within 10 yards. Also stuns the primary target for 4 sec.
    Generates 20 Rage.
    Now on the GCD
  • Thunder Clap  Blasts all enemies within 8 yards for (46.2%41.58% of Attack power) Physical damage
    Thunderstruck
    rooting them for 1 sec
    and roots them for 1 sec
    and reduces their movement speed by 20% for 10 sec. Deals reduced damage beyond 5 targets.
    Protection
    Generates 0 Rage.
  • Battle-Scarred Veteran  When your health is brought below 30%, you take 80% less damage for 8 sec and healing you receive is increased by 100%.
    Cannot occur more than once every 180 sec.

 

 

General
  • Execute  Attempts to finish off a foe, causing up to [2.0 * (105%97.65% of Attack power)] Physical damage based on Rage spent. Only usable on enemies that have less than 20% health.
    Improved Execute
    If your foe survives, 20%10% of the Rage spent is refunded
