Due to a Bug on the North American Servers, Mythic Keystone Dungeons were temporarily disabled. On the North American Servers, Mythic Keystones had no Affixes listed on them, which caused them to have no Affixes active! This issue has now been resolved, and the new Affixes have been revealed.
This Weeks Affixes are Tyrannical, Sanguine and Volcanic.
