Due to a very short lasting bug on the current Dragonflight Patch 10.0.7 PTR, players discovered various older dungeons with their lootpool adjusted. In four older dungeons, the items rewarded were upgradable with Valor Points, displaying the 1/13 upgrade level. This bug has been fixed very quickly after it been discovered.
