The Trading Post is a new feature introduced with Dragonflight Patch 10.0.5 that allows players to complete some light-hearted activities in exchange for Trader’s Tenders.
The Trading Post is located in either Stormwind or Orgrimmar, and players will be lead to this new feature by logging in and accepting the associated Quest.
The Activities that can be completed are listed in ever player’s Adventure Journal, and change on every 1st of every Month. Players have time until the end of the month to complete a limited amount of activities to earn even more Trader’s Tender.
The Trading Post will unlock for the first time on February 1st, 2023.
Trader’s Tender is the currency that can be exchanged for all the new cosmetic rewards available every month in the Trading Post. This currency is account-wide, meaning that you only need to complete the activities once per Battle-Net account.
Every month, players can obtain free 500 Trader’s Tender by simply collecting them on their faction’s Trading Post.
Additionally, Players can complete various activities listed in their Adventure Journal to receive an additional 500 Trader’s Tender. This allows players to earn a maximum of 1000 Trader’s Tender per month. This currency does not have to be spend immediatly, allowing players to safe them for another month if they wish.
To obtain up to 500 more Trader’s Tender every month, players can complete activities in exchange for this currency. You can find them in the Traveler’s Log, located in your Adventure Journal.
Completing an Activity will reward players a certain amount of Travel Points. Every 200 Travel Points will reward 100 Trader’s Tender. The amount of Travel Points rewarded by a certain challenge is determined by it’s difficulty. Players will not have to participate in high-end Endgame content to be able to earn all 1000 Travel Points.

The Rewards listed in the Trading Post will change every month. Blizzard already announced that if you missed a certain reward, you will have the chance to buy it in the future again, whenever the Trading Post continues to rotate.
If Players wish, they can “freeze” a certain reward. This allows you to redeem this reward next month, even if the month has ended and the Trading Post has listed new rewards for players to obtain.
Whenever players complete enough challenges to earn the additional amount of 500 Trader’s Tender, they will also obtain Ash’adar, Harbringer of Dawn.
This mount changes its color from Silver during the night to Gold during the day!
