In the Announcement post, Blizzard talked about upcoming loot changes with Phase 2 of Wrath of the Lich King Classic. With the next Phase of Wrath Classic, Dungeons will receive a new difficulty level, called “Titan Rune Dungeons” with the activated “Defense Protocol Alpha”. Those dungeons will drop their regular loot tables, and additionally loot from Naxxramas 10-Man. The final Boss will reward an additional 213 item from either Kel’thuzad, Malygos or Sartharion.
