‘No Pirates’ for World of Warcraft 11.0 Expansion

Mike Ybarra, President of Blizzard Entertainment, took it to Twitter on Sunday when asked about the upcoming Expansion for World of Warcraft. This could potentially indicate that an announcement is imminent, probably on BlizzCon in November.

We have previously speculated about the upcoming World of Warcraft Expansion. We would speculate for a void-themed Expansion for Patch 11.0!

With the recent announcement of the Seafarer’s Pack, many players speculated that the next expansion will be Pirate themed. This comes after the Dragon Pack was announced a couple months before the Dragonflight expansion was announced.

However, Blizzard President Mike Ybarra responded to a tweet containing feedback on a possible pirate expansion with two words: “No Pirates”
