The Forbidden Sanctum is a roguelike that takes place within Path of Exile. You will explore the Templars’ sanctum which is rumored to be hidden beneath the Fellshrine Ruins. Long abandoned, a malevolent presence has taken hold. In each area of Wraeclast you play through, you will have the opportunity to explore one room of the Sanctum as you search for its treasures.

Cleave has been usually a very under-represented spell in the Path of Exile Community, but can be very exciting and fun! With Patch 3.20 – The Forbidden Sanctum, this spell is finally getting its Vaal version, and has been already buffed in Patch 3.19. With the classical totems Ancestral Protector and Warchief, this Build uses well thought-out Melee abilities and make them to use.
In order to be able to play this Build, you have to choose a Duelist in the Character Creation.
Before you reach the Endgame, players have to finish all 10 Acts of the Campaign. Most of the times, you will not be able to use the same abilities in the early game as you do in the Endgame. Here is an overview how you can progress easily throughout the Campaign. In this List, you will find all Gems to use in the Early Game, and To-Do Lists for all Act 1 – 10.
For even further advice to Leveling, refer to our Leveling Guide here.
