Sadism Support Gem Causes Ailments To Deal Damage Faster, But Last Shorter

The Sadism Support Gem is going to be introduced with Patch 3.22 – Trial of the Ancestors. It supports Spells that deal damage over time with Ailments, causing them to deal damage faster but also last shorter.
