Season 3.22 Hideout Competition – Price Pool, Requirements

We’re launching a Hideout Competition! The winners will be rewarded with great prizes, including physical items and hideout decorations for further creations. If you enjoy creating hideouts, be sure to participate!

The Trial of the Ancestors introduced ten Karui Chieftains and further expanded the lore about the gods they follow, so this time we encourage you to build hideouts themed around the Karui gods:

• Tukohama, Father of War
• Hinekora, Mother of Death
• Ngamahu, Mother of Fire
• Valako, Father of the Storm
• Tasalio, Father of Water
• Tawhoa, Father of the Forest
• Ramako, Father of Light
• Rongokurai, Father of Night
• Arohongui, Daughter of the Moon
• Kitava, Father of Chaos

To participate in the competition, select a god (or several gods) from the list above and create a hideout that represents their theme clearly. As an example, a hideout inspired by Kitava can be bloody and distorted, while Ramako’s hideout could be filled with life and light.

There will be two categories: Premium and Natural. The Premium category includes the use of Microtransactions, whereas the Natural category does not. If you have purchased a base for your hideout but all decorations are non-microtransactions, your submission would still be considered to fall under the Premium category.

The competition starts from the time of this post and ends on October 6th 5PM (NZT).

Prizes

Both the Premium and Natural categories will have their own prize pools.

How to Enter

Pick a Karui god and create a hideout that clearly represents it. Post screenshots or a video in reply to this thread to enter. Attaching a link to your .hideout file is not mandatory, but is appreciated as it will make the process of reviewing your hideout much faster for us. To submit a screenshot, just upload it to an image hosting site like imgur.com, copy the address of the uploaded image and post it in this thread using IMG tags.

Guidelines

• Your hideout must be created after the release of the Trial of the Ancestors expansion.
• Your hideout should represent the theme you selected.
• Hideouts that have previously been featured in the Hideout Showcase news series or submitted to the Hideout Showcase forum are not eligible for entry.
• Your hideout must be your own work.
• Your hideout must be safe to showcase (nothing lewd or offensive).
• Submit your hideout from the account that the hideout is on. Please leave the hideout intact until the judging is complete, so that we can check it.
• You may participate in both categories, but we are only accepting one submission per category. In this case, please upload .hideout files for both submissions.
