[US] Hatred’s Chosen temporarily disabled in Fields of Hatred

Hello –
The team has identified an issue in PvP where we are needing to disable the ‘Hatred’s Chosen’ power in Fields of Hatred.

Players will still see the UI for Hatred’s Chosen while this is disabled but they will no longer see the buff displayed.
Hatred’s Chosen will not reward seeds of hatred on-hit.

We will be working on a fix in an upcoming update and will update the community when this is enabled again after a fix has been shipped.
